We track the growth in gross profit from existing customers. This year, our renewal rate was 99%, once again demonstrating the benefits of our long standing relationships with customers. We did business with numerous new customers this year, in both the public and private sectors, and more business with established customers such as the Home Office and the NHS.
We continued to win new customers and increase the amount of work we did for existing customers. Our customers’ great experiences with us encouraged many to highly recommend our services, as reflected by our net promoter score of 70+.
