Our people drive our success, and we help them to build rewarding careers in an inclusive, high-performance workplace where everyone can thrive.
Every year we have grown our teams across the business. With this expansion, in 2025 we appointed our first Chief People Officer to develop and lead a long-term people strategy and to deepen and retain our culture.
We aim to attract, engage and retain employees, helping them build fulfilling and rewarding careers in a supportive and fun environment.
Our people’s physical and mental wellbeing is important to us, and we work hard to support it. We operate a hybrid working policy, combining the best of both worlds: the advantages of collaboration and social interaction in the office, with positive work-life balance from being at home. We have a culture of openness about mental health issues, supported by our employee wellbeing ambassadors and through wellness and employee assistance programmes.
To support physical health, we offer free or subsidised gym plans, and encourage staff to actively travel through our Cycle to Work scheme. We provide free fruit in our offices and employees can join a private health and dental plan.
An innovative company, we are equipped to handle future challenges and opportunities with diversity of thought, which comes from having an employee base from diverse backgrounds.
Women currently represent 39% of our total workforce, including our CEO and MD Phoenix. To increase gender parity, we have an employee Women in Tech group and, to encourage more women to enter the technology sector, we work with local schools and attend events promoting women in IT.
We are working to increase diversity, including ethnicity, disability and neurodiversity. Hiring managers are trained to reduce unconscious bias, and we hold activities to foster inclusion and to build a culture that champions diversity.
