Colleagues from across Bytes Technology Group came together at our recent Sales and Technical Kick Off events, bringing teams across Bytes Software Services and Phoenix Software together to align, reconnect, and set the direction for the year ahead.
As we enter the new financial year, the momentum from these sessions ensures our teams are focussed, aligned, and ready to support customers in achieving their goals.
Held across Bytes Software Services and Phoenix Software, the sessions provided an opportunity to reconnect, share priorities, and reinforce a consistent focus on people, customers and performance.
At Bytes Software Services, the Kick Offs centred on our three key growth areas: cloud, cyber security, and data and AI. The sessions helped align teams around these priorities and strengthened how they communicate with customers. By combining clear technical direction with a focussed value proposition, teams are better equipped to deliver consistent, outcome-led conversations.
The Phoenix Sales and Technical Kick Off followed a similar approach, creating a space for teams to step away from day to day activity and focus on shared objectives. Bringing people together in person supported stronger collaboration, clearer alignment, and a renewed sense of purpose. The result is a more connected and confident team – aligned around delivering for customers.
