We track the growth in gross profit from existing customers. This year, our renewal rate was 109%, once again demonstrating the benefits of our long-standing relationships with customers. Phoenix did more business with established customers such as Lancashire County Council, City of London and University of Essex, and Bytes with Costain, Anglian Water and CFC Underwriting.
We continued to win new customers and increase the amount of work we did for existing customers. Our customers’ great experiences with us encouraged many to highly recommend our services, with our customer net promoter score (NPS) increasing from 77 to 82, high by industry standards.
